THE TRUTH ABOUT WHAT YOU BELIEVE:
MY BELIEFS ARE MY CHOICE

MY BELIEFS DETERMINE MY BEHAVIOR

THE WORLD HAS TAUGHT ME MANY FALSE BELIEF
“… Don’t always believe everything you hear… for there are many false teachers around.” 1 John 4:1 (TLB)
MY FALSE BELIEFS ARE THE CAUSE OF MY EMOTIONAL PROBLEMS AND UNHAPPINESS IN LIFE
“When you know the truth, the truth will set you free.” John 8:32
THE ONLY SOURCE OF ABSOLUTE TRUTH IS GOD
“… God will continue to be true even when every person is false…” Romans 3:4 (NCV)
“… Though all heaven and earth shall pass away, yet my words remain forever true.” Luke 21:33 (TLB)
“… it is impossible for God to lie…” Hebrews 6:18 (NASB)
BUILDING MY LIFE ON THE FOUNDATION OF GOD’S TRUTH IS THE KEY TO EMOTIONAL HEALTH, STABILITY, AND MEANING IN LIFE.

THE THREE MOST IMPORTANT TRUTHS YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE A CHOICE TO BELIEVE
1. BELIEVE THAT GOD LOVES ME
God: “… I have loved you with an everlasting love!” Jeremiah 31:3
“Even before the world was made, God had already chosen us to be His through our union with Christ… because of His love. God had already decided that through Jesus Christ, He would make us His children — this was [God’s] pleasure and purpose.” Ephesians 1:4-5 (GNT)
“Long before He laid down earths foundations, he had us in mind, had settled on us as the focus of His love.” Ephesians 1:4 (MSG)
“God decided to give us life through the word of truth so we might be the most important of all the things he made.” James 1:18
“… I have carried you since you were born; I have taken care of you from your birth. Even when you are old, I will be the same. Even when your hair has turned gray, I will take care of you. I made you and will take care of you.” Isaiah 46:3-4
“For God loved the world so much that he gave his only Son so that anyone who believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” John 3:16
